Job Title: Integration Specialist

Automation Alley is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Integration Specialist to join our dynamic technology team. This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits, flexible work-from-home arrangements, and generous paid time off.

As a key member of our small TechOps team, you will develop and implement integration solutions that streamline operations and enhance data efficiency across our organization. You will work closely with our data analyst and Technology and Systems Integration Lead on a variety of projects, from building custom applications to maintaining existing systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize vibe coding and AI-assisted development techniques to accelerate solution delivery
• Develop and implement AI solutions for organizational initiatives
• Develop integration solutions using APIs, webhooks, and web services
• Integrate Zoho One applications with external systems, third-party platforms, and each other
• Build and configure custom applications and workflows
• Test, troubleshoot, maintain, and support integration systems while implementing updates and enhancements as needed and providing technical guidance to end-users and team members
• Stay current with emerging integration technologies and best practices

Requirements

• Experience with AI tools and their application in development workflows
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Deluge, JavaScript, Python, PHP, HTML/CSS, or similar; Deluge preferred)
• Knowledge of API development, integration principles, webhooks, and web services
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with project management systems (Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar; Trello preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for technology and dedication to continuous learning

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vibe coding or AI-assisted development platforms such as Replit, Base44, Claude, Cursor, Bolt, or similar tools
• Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems
• Familiarity with the Zoho One suite; hands-on experience with Zoho Creator is a plus

Work Location

This position is based in Michigan and requires on-site presence at our Troy office at least three days per week. The remaining days offer flexible work-from-home options. This is not a fully remote position. Candidates must be Michigan residents or willing to relocate.
