Your Role
- Define and maintain AI-Enabled SDLC practices within an Agile delivery model, including AI-assisted development, vibe coding workflows, code quality controls, and automated testing.
- Lead the design and architecture of AI-driven, cloud-native, and modern software solutions, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and SDLC governance.
- Work closely with the AI Engineering team to develop and implement architectural roadmaps, focusing on GenAI/LLM platforms, vector databases, RAG, event-driven systems, and intelligent automation.
- Establish and maintain architecture standards, reusable patterns, guardrails, and design frameworks used across digital solutions engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, product, and business teams to translate complex needs into scalable, performant solutions.
- Enable teams to balance iterative delivery speed with architectural integrity, security, and enterprise standards.
- Design high-quality APIs, microservices, integration strategies, and cloud-first architectures using Azure.
- Guide engineering teams on DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, observability, CI/CD pipelines, and platform engineering foundations.
- Provide technical leadership in the integration of AI/ML models, inference pipelines, and cognitive services.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements that align with the firm's modernization goals.
- Present architectural recommendations, risks, and solution options to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers, technical leads, and solution designers, promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience across architecture, software engineering, cloud development, and SDLC leadership.
- AI Expertise: Proven ability to leverage AI throughout an SDLC process from concept to implementation.
- Tools: Proficiency in vibe coding implementations and tools such as Claude Code, Cursor.AI, and Github Copilot.
- Frameworks: Proficiency with Microsoft .NET and React developer frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) and LLM platforms.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Deep experience in cloud platforms, including Azure, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation).
- DevOps: Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Compensation
The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA.
- Compensation Range: $170,000 - $250,000.
Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries.
