In this role, you will bridge the gap between initial AI implementation and long-term business value. You will be responsible for ensuring that autonomous agents are performing optimally, running four-week diagnostic sprints to fix performance gaps and ensure AI stability in live environments.

This isn't a traditional manual coding role; it is about steering the AI. You will leverage:

• Prompt Engineering & LLMs: Directly tuning model behavior to meet specific business objectives.
• Vibe-Coding Tools: Using natural language and AI-assisted environments to iterate on solution designs and troubleshoot drift.
• Outcome Modeling: Utilizing data analytics to prove that AI is moving the needle for customers through tangible metrics rather than just usage logs.

Who You Are

We are looking for technical problem-solvers with 1-3 years of experience who are comfortable at the intersection of data science and customer success. If you have a portfolio of AI experiments on GitHub and a degree in a technical field like CS or Engineering, you are the ideal candidate to help us redefine the future of CRM in a hybrid Irvine-based environment.
