We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to work directly with our CPO, building innovative AI products from 0→1 in a hands-on startup environment. This role blends product leadership, operational execution, and strategic support for the founding team, emphasizing rapid iteration and scalable systems. This is an intense role, but comes with the ability to work closely with leadership, and have a high degree of impact.
You Will Own
- Roadmaps & User Stories: Shape product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for seamless experiences and market validation.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with engineering, design, and PMs in fast sprints to prototype, test, and deploy capabilities.
- Product Demos: Record screencasts and product videos of new features to showcase functionality and drive adoption.
- Product Marketing: Own facets of product marketing, like messaging, demos, and materials that communicate product value clearly.
- Insights & Analysis: Collect user feedback, run market research, and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and boost retention.
- Resource Building: Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment.
- Executive Alignment: Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align with C-level on priorities and dashboards.

- Hands-on Creator: Skilled in video tools, design (Canva), SQL analytics, and productivity stacks (Asana, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot).
- Vibe-coding: Ability to vibe-code prototypes for engineers & design to understand.
- Deep Research: Able to thoroughly research broad concepts and turn them into opinionated, well-researched prototypes.
- Ownership: Taking deep ownership of outcomes.
- Communication: Clear communicator for stakeholder syncs, executive updates, and client-facing content.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Startup or consulting background in product/operations.
- Familiarity with 0→1 product launches.
- Proven playbook-building for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems.
- Nice to have: Experience, ability, or interest with UI/UX, AI, software engineering.

Salary Range
- Annual: ₹20,00,000 - ₹70,00,000 a year
- LPA: 20-70 LPA

Responsibilities
