Job Description

We are looking to expand our developer base with a positive-spirited person with deep programming roots. As a frontend React and React Native developer, you will work on multiple client projects, each with its own tech stack and idiosyncrasies.

In this "AI-first" era, your role is not just to write code, but to orchestrate it. You will be expected to use cutting-edge tools like Claude Code to accelerate delivery. However, we aren't looking for "vibe coders" who blindly follow LLM suggestions. We need engineers who understand the "why" behind the "how," ensuring that every line of code—whether human or AI-generated—is performant, secure, and maintainable.

What will help you succeed:

• AI-Augmented Engineering: Proficiency in using Claude Code and other LLMs to speed up development while maintaining a "trust but verify" mindset.
• Deep Technical Ownership: The ability to debug, refactor, and explain code at a fundamental level. No "vibe coding" allowed; you must be able to explain your PRs at any time.
• Strong Code Review skills: You should be able to spot architectural flaws, edge cases, and security risks in PRs (both human and AI-authored).
• Proactivity: A person who doesn’t require micro-management but is proactive and a self-runner.
• Communication: Ability to discuss technical trade-offs directly with clients in a professional, friendly manner.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of full-time coding experience in React, Next.js, and React Native.
• Advanced AI Workflow Skills: Proven ability to integrate Claude Code into your daily workflow to increase velocity without decreasing code quality.
• Experience in providing high-quality, constructive feedback on codebases to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Language: Fluent Spanish and Advanced English (B2+). You must be able to hold technical and casual conversations with customers.
• Able to enhance React apps with optimized speed, mobile-first design, and structured data.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and fast-paced sprints.
