Bridging Design and Code at Omnicell

In this role, you will move beyond static mockups to lead the creation of interactive, code-backed prototypes that solve high-stakes challenges in medication management. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work within a tight-knit product triad to transform user insights into functional assets for cloud, mobile, and hardware platforms. The goal is to replace traditional handoffs with a vibe coding approach, where AI tools help you move from initial research to testable, interactive solutions faster than ever before.

AI-First Design Workflow

Omnicell is looking for a designer who treats AI as a core partner in their craft. You will leverage a modern stack including:

• Figma Make & AI-Assisted Design: Speeding up layout exploration and component creation.
• Vibe-Coding Environments: Using natural language and code-generation tools to build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.
• LLM Integration: Utilizing AI for research synthesis, behavioral science analysis, and drafting intelligent, data-driven workflows.
