Job Summary As the Senior Product Manager for WildFire, you will play a crucial role in building the next generation of threat detection and prevention services. This position is for an AI-native Product Manager who will leverage AI tools at every stage of the role, from product strategy and research to developing PRDs and visual prototypes. Your mindset will be centered on utilizing AI for every step of the product development process. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the WildFire integrations product strategy, defining and driving the integrated roadmap across the entire Palo Alto Networks portfolio, including NGFW, XDR, Prisma Access, Prisma Cloud, and XSIAM. Ensure strategic alignment and seamless integration with teams such as NGFW, Prisma Access, PAB, and XDR, consistently incorporating customer feedback and market demands. Take full accountability for defining and monitoring customer success metrics, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) across the customer lifecycle. Prioritize and set goals focused on reporting, analytics, incident investigation, and response to ensure capabilities meet evolving customer and industry requirements. Lead collaborations with third-party vendors and partners (e.g., SCM and SOC vendors like Cortex and Splunk) to deliver a cohesive WildFire customer experience. Collaborate with UXR and design teams, leveraging persona studies, customer journey mapping, and analytics to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Act as the product champion for the Integrated WildFire product suite, demonstrating an extreme ownership mindset for its overall success and impact. Advocate for customer-centric product design by translating customer insights into executable plans that enhance user engagement and loyalty. Qualifications 4+ years of product management experience building software products. Experience in senior product management roles, particularly in cybersecurity, with a proven ability to drive complex roadmaps across multiple product lines such as SCM and SOC tools. Experience prototyping with engineering using Vibe coding and other AI tools. Strong technical acumen in network security and Next-Generation Firewall technology, ideally within threat management and response environments. Demonstrated ability to take extreme ownership over products and customer success, with a growth-oriented, proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Skilled at defining and managing customer success metrics, with a proven track record of setting goals and achieving measurable improvements in product adoption and satisfaction. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and align diverse teams, including UXR, design, engineering, and external vendors. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree or relevant certifications in cybersecurity, data analytics, or product management. Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
