In this role, you will design the systems that allow the entire organization to interact with data, meeting notes, and project pipelines through natural language. Your goal is to eliminate manual data entry and fragmented information by building autonomous agents and smart integrations that keep the team focused on high-level decision-making rather than administrative overhead.

The Builder's Toolkit

This isn't a traditional coding job; it's a role designed for the 'vibe coding' era. You will leverage Python and JavaScript alongside advanced AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude to ship internal products with incredible speed. Your daily work involves mapping out information flows, building API-driven automations, and experimenting with the latest LLM frameworks to stay at the cutting edge of what is possible with generative AI.

Growth and Autonomy

As an early-career builder, you will report directly to the Chief of Staff and gain a front-row seat to the scaling of a venture-backed healthcare AI firm. This position offers the freedom to prototype and launch your own ideas without layers of corporate bureaucracy. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from identifying a team need to deploying a functional AI agent, providing a fast track to mastering AI-native operations.
