The Role

As an AI Enablement Engineer at Coder, you will be the primary architect behind a more intuitive, AI-driven development culture. You aren't just writing code; you're building the 'paved paths' that allow your colleagues to leverage natural language prompts and automated tools effectively. You will spend your time identifying friction points in the development lifecycle and smoothing them over with robust AI integrations and optimized developer environments.

The Tech Stack

This position puts you at the center of the modern AI development ecosystem. You will work extensively with Claude Code and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to create smarter, more context-aware tooling. By integrating these with remote development platforms like Gitpod and DevPod, you will ensure that every engineer has a high-performance workspace designed specifically for AI-assisted workflows.
