The Role: Executive AI Catalyst
You will act as a bridge between high-level vision and functional software, working directly with the HelloFresh leadership team. This isn't a typical development internship; you are tasked with building the operational 'connective tissue' of the organization through rapid automation and agent-based tools that bypass traditional bottlenecks.
AI-First Tooling & Execution
You will leverage the latest AI-native development environments—specifically Claude Code and Claude Cowork—to build internal tools and autonomous agents. By focusing on Python, JavaScript, and advanced prompt engineering, you will demonstrate how natural-language-driven development can radically shorten the gap between a conceptual strategy and a live product.
Impact and Growth
Beyond just building, you will be an internal evangelist for AI adoption, creating live demos that show the entire company how automation can scale human output. This position offers a front-row seat to corporate leadership while allowing you to master agentic workflows and rapid prototyping in a high-stakes, high-energy environment.
