AI Product Lead

TouchCare is seeking a hybrid leader to act as the primary visionary for their product suite. In this role, you’ll skip the traditional handoff process by conducting your own market research and immediately translating those findings into functional code. You will lead a high-speed pod, balancing day-to-day product evolution with long-term experimental projects that push the boundaries of healthcare technology.

• Prototyping: Leverage Claude Code and Claude Design to transform ideas into tangible products within days.
• AI Collaboration: Partner with a dedicated AI Engineer who focuses on architecture while you ship front-end changes and UI.
• Design Independence: Use AI-assisted design tools and existing design systems to maintain a high-quality user experience without a separate design department.
