The Role: Architecting the AI-First Enterprise

Impiricus is looking for a technical leader to serve as the connective tissue between rapid business prototyping and hardened production systems. In this role, you won't just build from scratch; you will evaluate and 'graduate' internal tools created through vibe coding and agentic engineering into secure, scalable enterprise products. You will act as a technical bridge, helping business units refine their AI-driven workflows while ensuring the resulting software is maintainable and robust.

Technical Focus & Vibe Coding Integration

This position is centered on the modern AI stack and high-level orchestration rather than manual, line-by-line boilerplate. Your toolkit will include:

• LLM Orchestration: Advanced implementation of LangChain and LlamaIndex to manage complex logic.
• Modern Development: Refactoring AI-generated code and prototypes into professional Python-based applications.
• Agentic Systems: Building and maintaining AI SDRs, automated generators, and RAG architectures.
• System Integration: Connecting foundational models to enterprise data lakes and Salesforce via RESTful APIs.
