Build AI-powered products across a wide range of clients and industries — conversational AI, computer vision, machine learning, generative AI, data pipelines, and high-performance scraping systems. These aren't POCs that gather dust. They go into production and get used by real users. Often multiple of these disciplines show up in the same project. You will own features end-to-end. Frontend to backend to LLM integration to deployment. Some projects need someone to architect systems and lead technical decisions. Others need someone to take a spec and ship it fast. We're hiring for both. Must Haves You work across the entire stack - backends, frontends, databases, APIs, deployment You've shipped with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar. You understand prompting, RAG, embeddings, and when to use what. Or you can prove you'll pick it up fast. You use AI to multiply your output, including vibe coding. Cursor, Copilot, Claude, custom scripts - whatever gives you leverage. Engineers who type every line by hand can't keep up. You take a problem and deliver a solution. You ask the right questions, make sensible tradeoffs, and ship without constant direction. You explain technical decisions to non-technical clients. You flag blockers early. You give and receive direct feedback without drama. Nice To Haves Computer vision experience. We have a growing number of CV projects and candidates with this background will stand out. Machine learning and AI experience beyond standard LLM integration. Data science or data analytics background. Enterprise security knowledge (VPC, RBAC, HIPAA) or prior experience working with enterprise clients and their constraints. Consulting or agency background. Compensation + Benefits We're looking for the top 1% of developers, and we pay accordingly. If you're exceptional, we'll make it work. Remote, EU preferred with US timezone overlap. Responsibilities

You will build and deploy end-to-end AI-powered products across various industries, managing everything from frontend and backend to LLM integration. You are expected to own features, make technical architectural decisions, and ship production-ready systems for enterprise clients.

Requirements

Candidates must be experienced full-stack developers with a proven track record of shipping AI applications using tools like OpenAI or Anthropic. You should be comfortable working autonomously, using AI-assisted coding tools, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
