The Role: Architecting AI-Driven Operations

As a BizOps Analyst at Passport, you won't just be tracking metrics—you'll be actively re-engineering how the business functions. This position is designed for a builder who sees manual workflows as an opportunity to deploy intelligent automation. You will map out internal systems, identify bottlenecks, and use a mix of AI tools and low-code platforms to create more efficient ways of working across departments like Finance and Go-To-Market teams.

Your Toolkit & Vibe Coding Impact

This role is a playground for those who prefer prompt-based development and rapid prototyping over traditional manual coding. You will be expected to:

• Prototype Solutions: Utilize "vibe coding" techniques and low-code environments (such as n8n or Parabola) to build functional tools quickly.
• Deploy AI Agents: Explore and implement AI-driven agents to manage parts of the corporate workflow, turning manual labor into automated processes.
• Script & Analyze: Use AI-assisted scripting and SQL to generate dashboards and unlock critical data insights without getting bogged down in syntax.
