Technical Operations & Vibe Coding

This is a technical operations role where AI isn't just an accessory—it's the core strategy. You’ll be responsible for building end-to-end internal systems and automated agents using Python and SQL, specifically through vibe coding techniques. By leveraging LLMs and natural language interfaces, you'll prototype and deploy software solutions at a pace traditional development can't match.

Who You Are

• AI-First Builder: You instinctively turn to AI agents and natural language tools to solve problems.
• Data Literate: You are comfortable with self-service analytics using SQL and Python.
• Startup Veteran: You have 2-4 years of experience, ideally with time spent in high-growth environments or physical marketplaces.
• Problem Solver: You have a 'boots on the ground' mentality and can inductively reason through complex data to find the best path forward.
