Chemical Process Engineer

The Role

As a Process Engineer at SSOE, you’ll work at the intersection of traditional chemical engineering and modern AI innovation. You will help design and oversee projects for industries like pharmaceuticals and food manufacturing, taking them from initial concept through final construction. Your day-to-day will involve creating P&IDs and performing critical process calculations, but with a major twist: you’ll be encouraged to use AI to streamline these technical workflows.

Tech Stack & Vibe Coding

SSOE provides the infrastructure for vibe coding by giving team members access to enterprise-grade LLMs and specialized AI platforms. You will use these tools to help draft specifications, interpret design data, and automate repetitive tasks.

• Core Tasks: PFD development, equipment sizing, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Vibe Strategy: Use natural language prompts to generate engineering studies and draft complex technical reports.
