The Role

As a Civic Product Analyst at Sunwater Capital, you will be at the forefront of the AllCiv platform launch, a mission-driven initiative designed to make political data accessible and actionable. This isn't a traditional 'sit back and analyze' role; you will be an active builder, responsible for turning complex legislative data into intuitive web pages and functional features. You will collaborate closely with data and engineering teams to ensure that real-world political dynamics are accurately reflected in a user-friendly interface.

AI-First Development & Tech

This role is built for the 'vibe coder' who prefers leveraging LLMs over manual coding. You will use a modern stack including Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to prototype and build features at high velocity. Your primary workflow will involve using natural language to direct AI tools in creating UI/UX components and data visualizations. This approach allows you to focus on the 'why' and 'how' of the product roadmap while letting AI handle the heavy lifting of the initial build.
