The Role

As a Specialist at Reap, you will act as the critical link between automated AI support layers and high-touch technical account management. You’ll manage the lifecycle of growing fintech partners, moving beyond reactive ticketing to become a proactive advocate for client success. This is a remote, shift-based position focused on bridging the gap between traditional finance and modern digital assets.

Tech & Vibe Coding Integration

This isn't a traditional support job; it's a role designed for the AI-augmented professional. You will leverage modern tools to scale your impact:

• AI-First Workflow: Utilize Claude for complex investigation workflows and Snowflake Cortex for data-driven insights.
• API Fluency: Manage technical conversations, translating integration needs into business value using natural language and AI assistance.
• Automation Oversight: Supervise and refine AI-driven automation tools like Lorikeet to ensure a seamless customer journey.
