Onboarding Strategist & Automation Lead

As a core member of the Wander team in Austin, you will act as the primary engine driving new accounts from contract to launch. This is an operational role designed for a builder who hates inefficiency; you will manage complex timelines and triage technical blockers to ensure every customer goes live within two weeks. You aren't just following a checklist—you are refining the entire onboarding machine.

Wander is specifically looking for candidates who can leverage vibe coding and LLMs to move faster. You will use your technical fluency to:

• Architect automated workflows that eliminate manual data entry between Airtable, HubSpot, and Slack.
• Utilize AI-assisted development to navigate API integrations and resolve synchronization issues.
• Identify systemic patterns in customer friction and build automated solutions to solve them at scale.
