Design System Designer
Xsolla
About This Role
We're hiring a designer who thinks in systems and speaks both design and code. Our Design System team maintains a unified, code-backed system used across a global ecosystem of products. We're on a journey to make it more consistent, more scalable, and most importantly - agentic ready. We believe design systems are evolving fast: away from static libraries and toward living, AI-native pipelines where design and code share a single source of truth. If you're excited about the future of design: IDE-native workflows, AI-assisted generation, vibe coding — and you want to be part of shaping that future from the inside, this role is for you. Your responsibilities • Maintain and evolve our design system: components, tokens, documentation, and interaction patterns • Collaborate with multiple design and engineering teams across the company • Turn cross-team discussions and decisions into clear, well-structured plans • Actively push the system toward AI-readiness and modern tooling • Contribute to the long-term vision of a unified design-to-code pipeline We're looking for • 5+ years of experience in product or UI design • Solid experience with design systems: Figma, component libraries, design tokens • Coding literacy: you’re comfortable with vibe coding, understand frontend basics, and aren’t afraid of a pull request • Strong communicator who can bridge design and engineering conversations • Curiosity and ambition around AI, you're already experimenting, and you want to go deeper Bonus points • Experience with AI-assisted design or development tools (Cursor, Claud, v0, etc.) • Familiarity with design system automation or tokenization pipelines \n \n
