As the Director of Integration and Process Innovation, you will be the primary architect of a new digital ecosystem where manual coding takes a backseat to strategic, AI-assisted development. You’ll oversee the migration from legacy Oracle systems to a modern Snowflake architecture, ensuring every integration is optimized for the next generation of academic and administrative needs.

The Vibe Coding Edge

This role is specifically designed for a technologist who understands the power of natural language programming and automated orchestration. You will lead the charge in:

• Implementing 'vibe coding' and Agentic AI workflows to accelerate development cycles.
• Building advanced AI applications, including RAG systems and custom chatbots using Vertex AI and Snowflake Cortex.
• Transitioning the team from rigid middleware like SnapLogic to agile, AI-powered open-source pipelines.

Strategic Impact

Beyond the code, you will define the College's AI Development Plan, establishing governance and standards for how emerging tech is used. You’ll partner with stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Academic Affairs to identify gaps and deploy transformative solutions that prioritize user experience and operational speed.
