You will manage a diverse portfolio of labs and facilities dedicated to robotics and applied engineering, turning these spaces into engines for rapid prototyping. Your work involves everything from high-level strategic planning with the Executive Director to ground-level problem solving alongside the next generation of inventors.

AI-Driven Development and Mentorship

This role is tailor-made for those who have mastered the art of AI-assisted building. You will mentor students in 'vibe coding' techniques, demonstrating how to use modern AI tools to shortcut traditional development bottlenecks. By focusing on rapid iteration and system design, you'll help student founders move through the engineering lifecycle at unprecedented speeds, utilizing AI to handle complex coding tasks while focusing on high-level architecture.
