Director, Revenue Operations & GTM Engineer

Role Overview

Nightfall AI is looking for a technical architect to design their revenue engine from the ground up. This isn't a standard RevOps position; it is a GTM Engineering hybrid where you will build CRM architecture and forecasting models with an AI-first mindset. You will act as the bridge between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, ensuring the company's systems scale as fast as their AI-native product.

Rather than relying on internal engineering tickets, you will leverage AI and LLM tools to independently ship automation workflows and data integrations. Your focus will include:

• Architecting the GTM Stack: Building out Salesforce, SQL databases, and API connections.
• Rapid Prototyping: Using natural language prompts to create routing, attribution, and reporting systems.
• Data Strategy: Turning raw pipeline data into actionable insights for the CEO and CRO.

Growth & Requirements

You likely have over 6 years of experience in SaaS operations, consulting, or finance, but you also possess the technical curiosity to build your own tools. You are comfortable moving between executive-level planning and deep technical implementation, using AI to multiply your output and outperform traditional operations teams.
