This remote position based in Mumbai focuses on the comprehensive oversight of the Deltek Vantagepoint environment. As an ERP Support Analyst, you will move beyond basic troubleshooting to act as a technical strategist, ensuring data integrity across CRM, accounting, and project management modules while supporting a global user base during US hours. You will be responsible for system health, user training, and the seamless integration of business processes into the ERP ecosystem.

In this role, you will use AI-assisted tools to build custom dashboards, automate data migration tasks, and develop sophisticated reports.
