As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Paretos, you will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and cutting-edge AI implementation. Your goal is to configure the Paretos platform to handle sophisticated demand forecasting and replenishment tasks, ensuring that AI-generated insights integrate seamlessly into existing enterprise ERP systems.

Technical Stack & Vibe Coding

This position is designed for engineers who have moved past manual syntax and embraced the "AI-first" methodology. You will spend your time:

• Vibe Engineering: Rapidly building dashboards and creative solution components through natural language and AI orchestration.
• Agentic Systems: Developing and refining internal agent structures, including MCP integrations and custom skills for the company's "Socrates" agent.
• AI-First Workflow: Utilizing tools like Claude Code and LLM evaluation frameworks to deploy production-ready applications.
