In this role, you will act as a foundational partner for the company's first cohort of customers, helping them transform conceptual prototypes into stable, production-ready applications. You will be at the forefront of the 'builder' movement, empowering non-technical experts to generate sophisticated software through the power of modern coding agents.

Your Toolkit and Impact

This position is designed for the 'AI-pilled' developer who prioritizes system architecture and logical flow over manual syntax. You will be responsible for:

• Orchestrating the Lifecycle: Guiding clients from initial onboarding through technical architecture and final deployment.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diving into vibe-coded projects to debug, optimize, and refine AI-generated codebases.
• Strategic Delivery: Managing project boards and maintaining high-level communication to ensure every build meets enterprise standards.

Growth and Requirements

This is a remote-first role for candidates in Argentina who are comfortable working on PST hours. We are looking for professionals with at least three years of experience who can prove their proficiency with a portfolio of five fully realized, vibe-coded applications.
