The Role

Tech & Vibe Coding Strategy

This role is built for the modern developer-manager who embraces 'vibe coding' to bypass traditional bottlenecks. You will be responsible for context engineering—shaping the retrieval and memory systems LLMs use to reason—and building clickable prototypes using tools like Cursor or Claude. By utilizing spec-driven development, you will guide AI agents to iterate on concepts, allowing you to run full product demos independently of production engineering teams.
