Your Role as a Vibe Coder

In this position, you'll act as a 'Forward Deployed' PM, which means you're in the trenches with data and customers. The company specifically looks for 'AI native' professionals who can:

• Build with AI: Leverage LLMs and modern coding assistants to create lightweight automations and reporting tools independently.
• Data Command: Use Python and SQL to transform raw health data into strategic insights without needing constant engineering support.
• Product Vision: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of a new product, turning direct customer feedback into technical requirements.
