The Role & Vibe Coding
As the Founding Recruiter, you won't just be sending emails; you'll be building the systems that power the company's growth. Usul expects you to lean into the "vibe coding" ethos—using AI tools like Claude and specialized LLMs to automate workflows, optimize the candidate funnel, and draft high-conversion outreach. You will be an AI-native operator working alongside engineers who build via natural language prompts.

- System Building: Lead the charge on hiring for engineering and growth roles by treating recruitment as a scalable engineering problem.
- Strategic Partnership: Work directly with the founders to define organizational design and preserve an elite, low-ego culture.
