You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to transform massive biological datasets into innovative agricultural solutions.

Technology & Vibe Coding

This isn't your average bioinformatics role; the team actively encourages the use of agentic AI and vibe-coding methodologies to solve problems. You will navigate high-performance computing (HPC) environments and cloud platforms like AWS, utilizing Python and R to manage large-scale omics datasets. The focus here is on leveraging AI tools to accelerate development cycles and create reproducible computational workflows.

What You Will Do

• Utilize deep learning and DNA-based Large Language Models to optimize crop gene expression.
• Develop and document automated workflows for next-gen sequencing (RNAseq) analysis.
• Use Linux/Unix environments and Git to manage complex codebase architectures.
• Translate molecular biology findings into clear data visualizations and strategic reports.
