Working directly with the CEO, you will move between stealth projects to identify growth loops, produce high-volume AI-assisted video, and automate your own marketing stack.

Perks and Compensation

Dapper Labs offers a base salary between $120,000 and $160,000 USD, complemented by equity and a dedicated budget for your experiments. This is a remote-friendly role (ET-PT overlap) that provides the resources of a major venture studio while maintaining the fast-paced, high-autonomy energy of a startup lab.
