Flodesk is seeking a technical growth strategist to pioneer how their brand surfaces in the era of generative search. Instead of just chasing legacy Google rankings, you will lead the charge in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), ensuring LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity accurately cite and recommend Flodesk to creators. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will manage the technical scaffolding and content strategy that makes the brand discoverable by both humans and machines.

Vibe Coding & Technical Execution

This position is tailor-made for "vibe coders" who leverage tools like Claude Code to ship technical changes rapidly. You will own the Flodesk Webflow CMS, implement complex structured data, and maintain site health using AI-assisted workflows. By combining advanced prompting with an operator's mindset, you will transform repetitive SEO tasks into automated systems, allowing for faster experimentation across the entire content portfolio.

Core Responsibilities

• LLM Visibility: Own the strategy for how Flodesk is cited in AI Overviews and conversational search engines to drive durable acquisition.
• Technical Shipping: Move at high velocity by using AI tools to handle technical SEO, from schema markup and redirects to site speed optimizations.
• Content Strategy: Produce high-utility, brand-aligned content using AI-assisted drafting and sophisticated prompting techniques.
• Growth Analytics: Use SQL and modern visibility tools to track share-of-voice across the AI landscape and report on experimental wins.
