GTM Engineer
✨ Why This Is a Good Vibe Coding Job
Why This Is a Good Vibe Coding Job: HUD is a rare employer that explicitly lists "vibe coding" as a core competency, offering an unlimited token budget for tools like Cursor and Claude Code. This role empowers you to act as a force multiplier, using AI-assisted development to build custom scrapers and automated internal workflows that would traditionally require a much larger team.
The Role: Architecting AI-Driven Growth
HUD is seeking a technical builder to lead their Go-To-Market operations from their San Francisco headquarters. Rather than following a traditional sales playbook, you will be responsible for engineering the systems that identify and engage high-level AI researchers and machine learning leads. This is a high-leverage position where you will own the entire outbound pipeline, from data enrichment to building custom automation tools that bridge the gap between technical product value and market reach.
Technical Stack & Vibe Coding Workflow
This position is designed for someone who uses AI tools to move faster than traditional developers. You will have unrestricted access to the latest LLMs to help you build:
- Automated Pipelines: Create bespoke scrapers and data enrichment workflows using tools like Clay and custom AI-generated scripts.
- Internal Tooling: Rapidly prototype and deploy internal GTM tools using vibe coding practices in Cursor and Claude.
- Technical Messaging: Use your engineering background to draft high-signal outreach that resonates with elite ML infrastructure teams.
Why Join HUD?
You will be part of a elite team featuring International Olympiad medalists and published researchers, working at the cutting edge of RL training data. HUD offers a high-growth environment with substantial VC backing and a culture that values technical creativity over arbitrary years of experience. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, an Equinox membership, and a work culture that treats AI-assisted development as a first-class citizen.
