While you will manage a robust legacy ecosystem—including Marketo, Salesforce, and Bizible—you will be expected to use AI-assisted development to create the custom 'connective tissue' that allows a modern RevOps stack to scale beyond $100M ARR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Systems Architecture: Own the entire MarTech stack, from selection and integration to long-term scalable design.
  • Campaign Engineering: Partner with Demand Gen to build, test, and deploy complex global campaigns and email workflows.
  • Data Intelligence: Develop sophisticated attribution models and reporting dashboards that provide clear ROI visibility for every dollar spent.
  • Lifecycle Optimization: Refine lead scoring and routing logic to ensure the sales team is always working the highest-priority opportunities.

Requirements

  • A decade of experience in Marketing Operations, specifically within the B2B SaaS or AI sectors.
  • Proven experience scaling companies through significant growth milestones ($50M to $100M+ ARR).
  • Mastery of the 'Vibe Coding' workflow to automate GTM processes.
  • Ability to work from the San Mateo office at least three days per week.
