Head of Product

The Opportunity

Lemontree is seeking a visionary Head of Product to transform their food assistance platform from a successful startup into a high-scale community resource. You will own the technical roadmap, working alongside the Executive Director to ensure that families can easily access food resources. This is a high-agency role where you will manage an external engineering agency while serving as the primary internal technical architect and strategist.

The Vibe Coding Edge

Unlike traditional product roles, Lemontree expects you to be a 'player-coach' who embraces modern AI development tools. You will leverage AI-assisted coding to build prototypes and test new features, significantly shortening the distance between a strategic idea and a live deployment. Your ability to 'vibecode' will be the key to maintaining a massive social footprint with a lean, efficient team.

Your Impact and Growth

• Strategic Leadership: You'll have 5-10 years of experience scaling products and aligning cross-functional teams from engineering to customer success.
• Technical Fluency: You possess a personal habit of using AI tools to build and iterate, allowing you to act as a credible technical voice in architecture discussions.
• Mission-First Design: You will apply human-centered design principles to solve real-world hunger, ideally drawing from lived experience with social services.
• Data Maturity: You'll turn user signals into actionable product decisions, creating a roadmap that prioritizes hospitality and scalability.
