The Role: High-Tech Spatial Orchestration

Join the Tool Install division at SSOE as a Layout Designer, where you will bridge the gap between industrial engineering and AI-driven infrastructure design. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and detailing equipment layouts for high-tech semiconductor facilities, ensuring every square foot of cleanroom space is optimized for efficiency, safety, and code compliance. This is a collaborative position that moves away from siloed drafting and toward integrated, cross-disciplinary strategy.

Tech Stack & Vibe Coding Integration

While you will utilize industry standards like AutoCAD and Revit, this is not a traditional manual drafting role. SSOE provides direct access to Large Language Models (LLMs) and vibe-coding tools to help you automate complex calculations, generate CAD blocks, and streamline utility routing. You will be encouraged to use natural language and AI assistance to enhance your technical judgment and solve spatial puzzles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
