In this role, you will redefine the traditional design system by building a framework specifically tailored for AI-assisted development. You won't just be managing Figma components; you will be architecting the primitives, tokens, and templates that allow both human developers and AI agents to ship products at breakneck speed. By treating the design system as a standalone product, you'll ensure that every 'vibe coded' interface remains accessible, consistent, and high-quality.

Technical Stack & Vibe Coding Integration

This is a premier opportunity for a hybrid builder who thrives at the intersection of visual craft and front-end logic. Your daily workflow will involve:

• Vibe Coding & Prototyping: Utilizing Claude Code and Cursor to rapidly test and iterate on component patterns.
• Modern Tooling: Mastering Figma variables, design tokens, and multi-mode libraries to create a seamless pipeline to React and Vue environments.
• AI Governance: Creating documentation and rules that act as instructions for AI-driven development tools.

Leadership & Growth
