Mural is looking for a Lead Product Designer to take the reigns of their "Upper Funnel" experience. You will be responsible for the critical moments when a user first discovers the platform, from the initial sign-up to the point they realize true value. This isn't just about UI; it's about orchestrating the logic of growth, ensuring that every transition from discovery to monetization is seamless, trustworthy, and high-performing. You will balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, managing a small team of designers while staying deeply involved in the creative process.

Vibe Coding & Rapid Prototyping

This position is tailor-made for the modern designer who leverages AI. Mural actively encourages using AI-assisted development to treat code as a design material. You'll be expected to use "vibe coding" techniques to build functional prototypes that simulate user behavior, allowing the team to visualize friction and value before a single line of production code is written. By using these advanced tools, you will accelerate the experimentation cycle across activation and pricing surfaces.

Leadership and Strategic Impact

As a player-coach, you will mentor a dedicated group of growth designers, fostering a culture where data is a primary design input rather than an afterthought. You'll partner closely with data scientists and engineers to interpret funnel metrics and launch sophisticated experiments. Your mission is to define the next generation of PLG (Product-Led Growth) standards, proving that high conversion rates and high-quality user experience are not mutually exclusive.
