In this role, you will shape the future of collaboration by designing AI-native features that enhance how teams and intelligent systems interact. You will define interactions on a visual canvas, transforming complex workflows into intuitive designs that drive productivity and engagement. Your work will have a direct impact on how users perceive and utilize AI within collaborative platforms, making it a critical role in bridging technology and human creativity. \n Accountabilities Use code as a primary design tool to explore ideas and system behaviors. Rapidly prototype concepts using AI-native tools and 'vibe coding'. Define agent behaviors and interactions within workflows. Collaborate with engineering to evolve prototypes into implementations. Create models for human and multi-agent collaboration. Design platform-level components and primitives for AI. Translate complex system behaviors into usable experiences. Use design tools like Figma to communicate and document effectively. Contribute to a living design culture. Requirements 10+ years of product design experience. Familiarity with AI-assisted or agent-based experiences. Ability to contribute to high-quality design systems. Exceptional visual craft and attention to detail. Strong understanding of systems thinking. Experience designing for enterprise and consumer audiences. Deep empathy for diverse and global users. Curiosity and proactive problem solving.
