TripleTen is seeking a visionary Learning Experience Lead to architect the next generation of remote tech education. This role bypasses traditional, static curriculum design in favor of a dynamic, AI-driven approach. You will be responsible for building entire courses from scratch, specifically targeting high-growth areas where the industry has not yet established a formal playbook.

Vibe-First Instructional Design

In this position, "vibe coding" is your primary methodology for shipping educational products. You will leverage AI tools to research, prototype, and validate content at high speeds, turning abstract learning goals into functional prototypes. Your work involves:

• Designing end-to-end learning paths using LLM-assisted workflows.
• Establishing new benchmarks for how AI-literate developers are trained and mentored.
• Defining and documenting scalable ID standards that prioritize rapid iteration and data-driven improvements.

Impact and Innovation

You will have the autonomy to define your own success metrics and iterate based on real-world learner data.
