As the Manager of AI Builders, you will lead a specialized squad dedicated to creating autonomous agents and interactive applications that live directly within the tools employees use daily. This isn't about traditional software cycles; it’s about rapid, product-led building where you own the lifecycle from a initial concept to a full enterprise integration.

High-Velocity Tech Stack

In this position, you will champion the use of AI-native development environments. The team prioritizes speed and agility, leveraging modern workflows such as:

• AI-Native Coding: Using Claude Code and GenAI orchestration to build and deploy agents.
• Rapid Prototyping: Utilizing Replit and Figma Make to bridge the gap between design and functional code.
• Enterprise Integration: Connecting custom AI logic with platforms like Gong and internal LinkedIn infrastructure through sophisticated API management.
