Vibe-First Prototyping & Tech

This is a hands-on leadership role for those who code with their mind and AI tools rather than just syntax. You will leverage tools like Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex to build functional, end-to-end software prototypes rapidly. Your ability to 'vibe code' is the ultimate signal of your AI fluency, allowing you to ship experimental features without the overhead of traditional engineering cycles.

What You Bring to the Lab

• Strategic Product Mastery: 8+ years of experience leading data-driven or AI/ML products with a focus on lean, agile shipping.
• AI Fluency: Proven ability to create working applications using natural language prompting and modern AI development suites.
• Exceptional Communication: The ability to translate complex technical progress into clear narratives for senior leadership without relying on jargon.
