You’re as comfortable driving planning and delivery as you are standing up user research, and you use AI thoughtfully to accelerate insight, ideation, accessibility, and designtodev workflows. You thrive on innovating and have experience enabling teams through AI capability building, coaching designers in responsible use while keeping strong design judgment front and center. You bring confident designlead instincts, act as a mentor in research and UX practice, and stay close enough to the work to guide teams with clarity and credibility. Essential Function Knowledge/Skills/Abilities ​​Experienced in vibe coding. ​Has developed design systems for AI. ​Uses AI to improve all aspects of Product Designers’ work; ​AI-augmented research. ​AI-supported brainstorming. ​AI-enabled design-to-dev collaboration. ​Design quality and accessibility validation. ​Leads the daytoday work of a team of 3–4 UX professionals, including product designers, researchers, and design system specialists. ​Manages the UX roadmap across several products, including capacity planning, project planning, and delivery management. ​Partners with Product Management and Engineering to scope, sequence, and deliver product outcomes, aligning on product vision and strategy. ​Uses research, discovery, and metrics to drive decisions and measure design quality and user impact. ​Negotiates conflicting demands across a portfolio using prioritization and maintaining relationships with stakeholders ​Elevates designers to trusted UX advisors within agile teams ​Analyzes research data and success metrics in Excel with strong math and logic skills. ​Coaches and supports designers through feedback, growth planning, and daily unblockers, including: ​User research planning and delivery ​UX ideation and design methods ​Use of AI in UX ​WCAG 2.2 AA compliance ​Design system adherence ​Skills development ​Career path planning What Your Impact Will Look Like You’ll shape the quality and consistency of user experience across our product suite by guiding a talented team toward exceptional craft. You Will Love This Job If You Have ​​You have 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including 3+ years of people leadership. ​You must have real-world experience of leading a team in AI driven design. ​You collaborate with AI as part of your everyday approach to work and have improved workflows with agents and ​You are a Figma expert. ​You have excellent communication skills. ​You have strong math skills and advanced proficiency in Excel. ​Experience with Pendo, Asana, Aha!, Metabase, or Salesforce is a plus. ​You have a proven track record of shipping product experiences with measurable user outcomes. ​You have demonstrated success working in crossfunctional teams with Product Management and Engineering. ​You have experience in accessibility testing, design systems, and structured planning. ​You have experience working on complex, largescale SaaS products. ​Experience in G2C or government technology is a plus. ​A BA in a related field is a plus. ​​ Other Job Info Fully remote Bengaluru India based position. Responsibilities

This role involves leading the day-to-day work of a team of 3-4 UX professionals, including managing the UX roadmap, capacity planning, and delivery across several products. The manager will partner with Product Management and Engineering to scope, sequence, and deliver product outcomes while coaching designers on various practices, including the responsible use of AI.

Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years in product or UX design, with at least 3 years in people leadership, and real-world experience leading a team in AI-driven design workflows. Essential abilities include strong design judgment, expertise in AI augmentation for research and design-to-dev, proficiency in Figma, and strong math/Excel skills for data analysis.
