Marketing Manager, Creator Program

The Role

As a Marketing Manager at StudyFetch, you will be the lead architect of a high-velocity creator engine. This isn't just about influencer outreach; it’s about engineering the systems that allow hundreds of creators to produce content simultaneously. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of creator partnerships—from sourcing and contract negotiation to performance tracking and automated payouts—ensuring the 'machine' runs smoothly as the company scales.

Vibe Coding & Automation

This position is designed for an operator who hates manual repetition. You will be expected to use AI tools and vibe coding techniques to build internal tools that don't exist yet. Whether it's automating the screening of creator applications or building custom dashboards to track viral metrics, you'll use natural language prompting to keep the program’s throughput high and its overhead low.

Growth & Strategic Impact

Working from the Beverly Hills office, you'll collaborate with the media team to turn creator output into subscriber growth. You will manage a bench of contractors, refine short-form video strategies for Gen Z, and have the autonomy to rebuild any process that breaks. It’s a high-impact role at an AI-native startup where technical creativity is the primary lever for success.
