As the Founding Software Engineer, you will lead the technical evolution of HUB IQ, an intelligent operating system designed for complex industrial staffing. This is a high-autonomy role where you will transition the product from its initial state to a massive, multi-tenant platform. You'll be working directly with the founders to solve real-world problems in legal, finance, and risk management through applied AI.

You will manage a sophisticated stack involving Snowflake for data compliance and NVIDIA-backed AI processing. Your focus will be on high-level architectural decisions and UI/UX optimization, ensuring that the AI layer provides actionable profitability and risk insights without the friction of legacy development cycles.
