The Role: Operational Architect

As the Onboarding and Implementation Manager at Wander, you will function as the central nervous system for the WanderOS ecosystem. Your mission is to move every new account from a signed contract to a live, revenue-generating listing in 14 days or less. This is a high-stakes, hands-on role in Austin where you will triage technical integration hurdles, manage site builder capacity, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for new partners.

Tech Stack & Vibe Coding Integration

This position is designed for a technically-minded operator who prefers building systems over performing manual labor. You will manage workflows across Airtable, HubSpot, and Slack, while leveraging API integrations to ensure data flows smoothly between platforms. Wander specifically seeks candidates comfortable with vibe coding and LLMs to help transition temporary manual processes into permanent, automated solutions. Your ability to use AI tools to script automations and solve product gaps is a core component of the role's success.
