Key Responsibilities & Impact
- Strategic Account Management: Lead growth initiatives across Gold, Silver, and Bronze agency tiers through data-driven health metrics and quarterly business reviews.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the revenue-share model and coordinate with sales teams to route complex customer needs to the most capable certified partners.
- Ecosystem Advocacy: Act as the bridge between external agencies and internal product teams to improve the partner experience and accelerate the transition of partner-led projects to Enterprise scale.
