Principal Product Manager, Data Intelligence and AI Governance

The Mission

Adobe is reinventing its data core to fuel a new era of autonomous agents, and they need a platform-minded leader to ensure that enterprise information is high-quality, traceable, and ready for machine consumption. You won't just be shipping features; you'll be designing the fundamental metadata models and governance frameworks that allow AI systems to act with absolute trust. This role bridges the gap between raw data signals and the intelligent decision engines of the future.

Technical Frontier

This is a deeply technical platform position where you will oversee the lifecycle of agent-ready data, leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, embedding pipelines, and RAG architectures. A key part of your workflow involves using AI-assisted development to build quick prototypes, ensuring that the 'human-in-the-loop' governance systems you design are both practical and scalable. You will replace fragmented registries with a unified operator console that provides a coherent view of data health and lineage.

Growth & Impact

As a Principal PM, you will set the industry standard for how global enterprises govern AI-integrated data stacks. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering and data science teams to define what 'trust' looks like in an AI-first world. This is a high-impact opportunity to move beyond traditional product management and into the realm of systems thinking, where you treat the entire data platform as a causal chain powering Adobe's massive AI ecosystem.
