You will be the architect of a new development culture where natural language prompts and LLM-integrated pipelines replace manual boilerplate. Your mission is to build the technical guardrails that ensure AI-assisted development remains secure, scalable, and high-quality across the entire software lifecycle.
Key Focus Areas
- AI Orchestration: Develop custom prompt libraries and workflow templates that guide engineers from initial requirements to final deployment using advanced LLMs.
- Technical Governance: Design automated "harnesses" within CI/CD pipelines to validate AI-generated code, mitigate hallucinations, and ensure security compliance.
- Strategic Coaching: Lead hands-on workshops and 1:1 sessions to teach developers how to maximize efficiency with AI tools while maintaining rigorous engineering standards.
