In this senior leadership position, you will redefine how enterprise-level security platforms are built by merging UX craft with AI-assisted engineering. You’ll be responsible for scaling a robust design system where the distance between a Figma prototype and production-ready code is minimized through 'vibe coding' practices. By utilizing tools like Cursor and Claude, you will generate and manage component architectures that power complex data visualizations and UI patterns.

Your Technical Toolkit

• AI-First Execution: Use LLMs and MCP integrations to transform design tokens into React and TypeScript code within Storybook.
• System Governance: Establish the source of truth for the entire organization, ensuring Figma variables and production code remain perfectly synced.
• Prototyping & Architecture: Design high-logic component slots and props that solve complex use cases without manual syntax bottlenecks.

Leadership and Impact

Beyond individual contributions, you will serve as a pioneer for the design team, teaching peers how to transition from traditional handoff methods to AI-augmented development.
